"I recently had problem where my Ford Taurus was stalling when I put it into drive. This has happened off and on though, fortunately, infrequently over the last number of years. Anyway, brought it to MAXIM and, after saying that they would need to charge me hour or half hour rate to take out for a test drive, ultimately chose to charge me nothing nothing when they realized they could not identify a problem. The car has not acted up since, which is great, but regardlessI really appreciate the gesture and considerate excellent customer relations. Decent guys! And I will be back because when there is a problem that they can identify and fix, they have earned my trust."
